In-Home Consultation

We offer free in-home consultations with one of our experienced sales professionals, scheduled at times convenient for you.
During your consultation, we’ll:
- Measure your windows for a precise, custom fit
- Bring product samples and swatches to compare in your actual lighting and space
- Help you find the best solution for your style, function, and budget
After you place your order, our professional installers will return to deliver and install your custom window treatments—at no additional cost. We make sure everything fits perfectly and looks just the way you envisioned.
Warranty Information
Peace of mind comes standard.
All of our blinds, shades, and window coverings are backed by a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer(s) and extended to the original purchaser. If service is ever needed, simply contact us and we’ll help coordinate repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
The obligation of the manufacturer in the event of a defect covered under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of blinds or components, at the manufacturer’s option, provided the product is returned to one of the Great Plains Blind Factory’s many locations. The manufacturer is not responsible for transportation and/or labor costs involved with returning the product(s) or re-installation of the product(s) in the window.

We offer flexible financing plans to make your project even more accessible. Options include terms ranging from 6 to 18 months with half-down payment plans available. Contact your local Great Plains Blind Factory location to discuss what works best for you.
